Introducing 3Arts Village Shopping Centre. Paying homage to an iconic Cape Town site!

3Arts Village is a redevelopment of the old 3Arts Theatre in Plumstead – an iconic and historical site in Cape Town. It hosted Tom Jones, Tina Turner, Tracy Chapman amongst other big names during its hey-day. 3Arts Theatre was founded by entertainment entrepreneur Ronnie Quibell, in 1964. Over the years, it has been turned into a cinema, ice rink, nursery, and a film studio before it was sold for redevelopment in 2019.
